Once your event is over, our commitment to you continues. Here's what to expect after we've captured your special moments — from editing timelines to how to request changes.
Tell us the songs you'd like in your film before editing begins. The sooner you submit, the sooner we start.

Open FormAfter your event, we begin post-production. You'll receive your final edit delivered digitally via a private, secure link. Where a USB keepsake was included in your package, this will be sent separately by post.
You are entitled to two free rounds of revisions, with no more than 10 individual changes per round. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of your first delivery. Use the changes request form above — it keeps everything documented and clear for both sides.
We love seeing your reactions! Feel free to share your highlight film on social media. We may also share your footage on our own platforms as part of our portfolio — if you'd prefer your footage to remain private, please let us know in writing.
We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your footage as soon as you receive it. While we use a RAID backup system during production, we cannot guarantee long-term storage of your raw files after delivery.

Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of your edit and our current workload. We do not guarantee specific completion dates unless agreed in writing. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you deserve.
Yes — you must specify your desired soundtracks before editing begins. Use the Soundtrack Form at the top of this page to submit your song choices. You are responsible for ensuring the music complies with copyright law. We can advise on royalty-free alternatives if needed.
You have two free rounds of revisions (up to 10 changes per round). Please submit all feedback in writing via email. If you have concerns beyond your included revisions, get in touch and we'll do our best to find a solution.
Download links are active for 90 days from delivery. If your link has expired and you need to re-download, contact us at eyecon.moments@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee long-term storage of files after the 90-day period.
